terms and conditions
Set out below states our terms and conditions for all our products and services. We have strict polices that we abide by. We highly encourage you to read our T&C’s before purchasing products and services in the case you might object.
cancellation
This is our cancellation policy for our equipment hire.
If your event is cancelled greater than 7 days prior to your service, a refund will be offered (excluding the non-refundable deposit). Alternatively, if we've already paid for stock and other items that can't be reused, we'll offer a credit for future use. If your event is cancelled less than 7 days prior to your service commencing, we may offer a credit for future use, subject to availability. Unfortunately, at this stage we are unable to offer any form of refund as we are unable to rehire the equipment at such short notice, staff have already been rostered for your event & suppliers have already been paid. We have the right to cancel your booking at any time due to double bookings, weather conditions, unexpected maintenance or system outages (Refund or credit will be given if we cancel (excluding non-refundable deposit).

If your hire is cancelled greater than 7 days beforehand, we may offer you credit for future use.
With less than 7 days until your hire if you happen to cancel we won't be able to issue a refund.
Cancellations due to weather will be treated like any other. We have the right to cancel due to weather if we believe it could cause damage to our equipment and/or staff.
payments
These are the payments through our concession stands, carts, food trailers and games as a customer. Please be aware that the manager's decision is final. Our payment policy is strict and we do not bend these rules for anyone.
Cash and card payments are accepted at all of our concession stands, carts, food trailers and games. Fees may apply. 15% surcharge on public holidays.
We do not offer refunds on any of our games. Refunds can only be made at a concession stand, cart or food trailer if the order hasn't be prepared, once made no refund.
We do not accept staff abuse in any form whether it be verbal or physical. You will be asked to leave if you raise your voice or express any aggression towards our staff.
orders
These are the T&C's for placing an order with us at one of our concession stands, carts and food trailers. Please be aware that the manager's decision is final . Our order policy is strict and we do not bend these rules for anyone.
If payment declines, you will need to try again. If this is a continuous issue, you will not receive your order and your transaction with us will be terminated immediately.
If you're a no-show when your order has been called several times, we will not remake your order free of charge. Please have your receipt and be waiting nearby.
Items we sell may sell out before, during and after you have placed your order. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We will offer you credit or a substitute.
prices
These are the T&C's for our pricing, this includes but not limited to our online and in-person sales. Please be aware that the manager's decision is final. Our pricing policy is strict and we do not bend these rules for anyone.
Our online prices are displayed on our website and social media. These prices are subject to change without notice at any time.
In-person prices are subject to change at any time without notice and will be displayed. Note that a 1.9% surcharge applies to all card payments after 12/05/2024.
Prices set through calls, emails and invoices may be subject to change. We will contact you if the agreed upon price changes in any way.
game joints
These are the T&C's for all of our game joints/stands. Please be aware that the game attendant, game operator and manager's decision is final. Our games policy is strict and we do not bend these rules for anyone.
Our joints prizes vary in size and value. Prizes are subject to be won, not given away. Payment must be taken prior to winning. Test shots do not count. Prizes can be traded.
Rules are strict. These are displayed at every game. If you can't find the sign, please ask our staff. Our games aren't rigged, they're challenging and fun.
Note that as well as our rules outlined, game attendants, operators and manager's have the final say. Their decision is final, no backchat is tolerated.
invoices
These are the T&C's for placing an order with us at one of our concession stands, carts and food trailers. Please be aware that the manager's decision is final . Our order policy is strict and we do not bend these rules for anyone.
Once we have discussed your needs, we'll finalise your requests and email you the invoice. This needs to be paid by the set date for your hire to be confirmed.
If you do not pay the invoice by the set date a warning will be issued and your service will be cancelled. Refer to our cancellation policy.
Once your payment is confirmed, we'll prepare for your event and order the necessary stock and begin the bump in preparation.
products
These are the T&C's for our Products, this includes the goods in which are sold by us at our Concession Stands, Carts and Food Trucks.
Our packaging displayed on social media, our website, online ordering and other third party sites is for promotional purposes and may vary event to event.
The portion sizes in which we prepare do not change in size (excludes Snow Cones depending on the event and situation).
We’re aware that some customers may be allergic to certain foods and ingredients. It is your responsibility to inform staff of any allergies before serving you.

Our NEW Snow Cones Flavour “Limited Edition” or “Mystery Flavour” is subject to change without notice once stock runs out. These flavours can range but aren’t limited to the Coolabah Premium Syrups. Bubblegum, Fairy Floss, Grape, Watermelon, Tutti Frutti, Blue Lemonade and more.

history
UpTime Amusements is all about jumping up and getting outdoors, going to fun events and festivals across Australia. We started the business to bring good vibes to every town and city we visit. Our passion is people, our mission is endless smilles.
Our history started in 2021 when the business was registered and compliant with Tamworth Regional Council. Since that day, we have attended a large variety of festivals, foodie events, agricultural shows and markets.
